Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the United States, and we cannot ship to freight-forwarding addresses. Some larger items may be restricted to street addresses rather than PO boxes.

How long dispatch takes

Orders are handed to the carrier within [DISPATCH TIME] of your payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Stock is brought in from our distributor and checked before it goes out to you, which is why dispatch takes the time stated above rather than being same-day. We would rather publish a time we can keep than a shorter one we cannot.

If we cannot dispatch in time, we will email you before the deadline with a new date. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund, and if we do not hear back from you we cancel and refund rather than holding your money. Your card is charged at checkout by our payment provider; a cancelled order is refunded in full to the same card.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, parcels normally arrive within 2–7 business days depending on the carrier and the destination. Delivery estimates are business days from dispatch, not from when the order was placed, and they are estimates rather than guarantees — a carrier delay is outside our control and does not by itself entitle you to a refund of delivery charges.

What delivery costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of your order, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. We do not add a handling charge on top of it.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier collects the parcel.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Inspect the packaging before accepting a delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, or a tracked order is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier. Photographs of the packaging and the label help a claim succeed, so keep them.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. The price on a product page excludes tax and delivery.
